General Manager
The company is managed by Dr. Mohammad A. Al-Fouzan who obtained the Doctorate in 'Maintenance Strategies - to maintain a large industrial plant' from Manchester University UK, and having an extensive and long experience in sea water desalination projects attained from his former position as Director General in Saline Water Conversion Corporation for more than 20 years.

Since APS is Joint Venture with Sasakura Engineering Co. Japan, we have the total Engineering and Technical support through Expertise of Sasakura in Desalination Technology with a long experience of 55 years.
